Traumatic Brain Injury

The extent of a traumatic brain injury (“TBI”) can be easily overlooked. It can be devastating to the person who suffers the TBI, as well as to family and friends.

We have decades of experience representing those with traumatic brain injuries. We have learned through these clients the challenges they face and seen the life-altering effects of these injuries. The injuries are not just physical, they are mental and emotional and can cost the person injured their job, their friends and their lifestyle.

If you believe you or a family member has suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of someone else’s actions or omissions, we may be able to help you.

Kristen, represented me in a ‘concussion case’ and she was very detailed oriented! She made me feel very comfortable with explaining my injuries! Also, she kept all lines of communications open, while she operated in a very persistent manner!
